Terms of Service - Walk Tracker Pro

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Walk Tracker Pro ("the App"), provided by Echo Virtual Support ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Walk Tracker Pro provides free features as well as an optional auto-renewing PRO subscription:

Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period concludes, your Google Play account will be automatically charged.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at $7.99/month (or your localized currency rate) unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the Google Play Store (Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions).
Refunds: All payments and refunds are handled exclusively through Google Play Billing in accordance with Google Play's refund guidelines.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Important Medical Notice: Walk Tracker Pro is provided strictly for informational, educational, and motivational fitness purposes. The App is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before undertaking any physical fitness regimen.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Use automated scripts or bots to artificially falsify step counts or gamification leaderboards.
Circumvent or attempt to tamper with Google Play Billing or security measures.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, UI elements, icons, and software code embodied within Walk Tracker Pro are the exclusive property of Echo Virtual Support or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Android device.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Echo Virtual Support shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, sensor inaccuracies, or battery consumption.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App following changes signifies acceptance.
